What other informational documents and forms do you have available?

Before you order, we can supply you with:

1. Quote – Most of the information is online at www.funsuper.com – but for larger quantities

or something unique, just e-mail us the specs and quantity info and we will send you a formal quote.

2. Templates – we can provide you templates if you plan to print your card or if we are printing, it, we

need you to follow the template we provide. We prefer you give us Adobe Illustrator files.

3. Audio Info Sheet – This can be sent prior to placing your order and you can pass on to your

recording studio.

4. Sound Module Instruction Sheet – if needed – we can also send prior to the order – all info is
